This is a fast-paced, high-energy new outdoors-adventure show in which we track our intrepid hero as he risks life and limb to do extremely stupid, exceedingly dangerous, and moderately entertaining things. Each episode charts his course from relatively brisk health all the way through to being a battered and broken wreck. Viewers can write in with their favourite "dares" - no challenge too dumb!
